Orders & Payments

• Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), order confirmation may be done via phone call.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

Colofly shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Free Trial Refund Policy

If the product provided under the free trial is not liked by the customer, the refund will be processed after deducting the applicable shipping charges and 10% of the order value as processing and handling fees. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer via the original payment method.
