Return & Refund Policy

At Colofly, we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality home furnishing products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Pillows

  • Mattresses

  • Any used or washed products

Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video / photos

  • Product images showing the issue

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.
